====== Schedule ======

===== Friday: Hack-in =====

09:00-17:00 Come along and work on your project on Friday.

Following this, dinner and drinks in a respectable establishment.

===== Saturday: Debian Day BBQ =====

  * 9-15:00 - Let's return to hacking & radio-ing.
  * 15:00-15:30 - 5 Minute lightning talks
  * 16:00 - BBQ Lighting Ceremony.

Laptops off, let's be social. 
Bring food and drinks and we'll take over the back car park, cooking food and playing radios.

We'll have light until late, so there's no rush.

===== Sunday: Wind Down, Tidy Up =====

With tender hearts and heads we return to clean up after yesterday, make a last few contacts on the radio, file a few more bugs and get ready to head home.

All hands and helpers welcome to clean up and do the last few things we do in a space full of technical toys.

Don't expect many people to still be around following 15:00!
====== Debian Day Activities ======

This will have an undercurrent of Debian-ing, what with Saturday being Debian Day.

  * Install Debian on your computer!
  * File your first Debian Bugs!
  * Fix your first Debian Bugs!
  * Learn how to contribute to the project
  * GPG Keysigning!
  * Get involved in deep conversations about licensing.

Feel free to suggest more things!

==== Amateur Radio ====

We have callsign GB0DEB for the weekend, so let's make use of it.

Plans are FT8, JS8 (Both are free software, in the debian repos) and SSB voice (logged using free software from the repo!). 

40-10m bands would be a great starting point, but we have lots of space to put up experimental antennas.

There will also be access to the local packet radio stations and wider UK network.

Equipment, Operators, enthusiasts and plans are very welcomed.
