The following is a quick guide on joining our two main mailing lists:

Our 57north-announce@lists.57north.org.uk list is mainly used for open announcements by organisers and 'holds on' to emails from people until a list moderator approves it to go out.

Our 57north-discuss@lists.57north.org.uk list allows subscribed people to email out to all automatically once they are subscribed . “Reply” buttons clicked when reading announcement emails *should* automatically use 57north-discuss@lists.57north.org.uk to send their reply but some email apps don't do this properly, sadly.

To receive announcement emails (if you don't already), you need to join/subscribe to the 'announce mailing list'. To join, navigate to: https://lists.57north.org.uk/mailman3/postorius/lists/57north-announce.lists.57north.org.uk/

To send emails to the group, or to respond back to the group (if your cannot do this already), you need to join/subscribe to the 'discuss mailing list'. To join navigate to: https://lists.57north.org.uk/mailman3/postorius/lists/57north-discuss.lists.57north.org.uk/
