New Director Process

Can update the details at ewf.companieshouse.gov.uk

Robert has an account for doing that. Anybody else can set up an account with a confirmation code (current one should be in the password store).

Details you need:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Occupation
• Address (correspondence and home - current directors are all using home for correspondence)
• Country of residence
• Appointment date

Currently manual DB editing.

Create a new user (adduser), copy an SSH key into .ssh/authorized_keys and put them in sudo group.

Change list of keys it's encrypted with, reencrypt and upload.

Should really also change all the passwords in the password store.

Edit /etc/aliases on garioch to put in an email for the new director and add them to the list for ctte-private. Remember to run newaliases after editing.

Put a picture and blurb on the about page.

Add the new director to having access to the bank account to spend space monies.
