The AGM Must happen every year. There are a few things that must happen to ensure it can go ahead. AGM Announcement Email An email must be sent to the 57N Announce mailing list 14 “Clear Days” {clause 38, Articles of association}. This is 14 days not including the AGM and email announcement day, this calculates to 16 real world days.
