The AGM Must happen every year. There are a few things that must happen to ensure it can go ahead.

AGM Announcement Email

An email must be sent to the 57N Announce mailing list 14 “Clear Days” {clause 38, Articles of association}. This is 14 days not including the AGM and email announcement day, this calculates to 16 real world days.

The email should contain the agenda/etc of the meeting. agm_email is an example of a typical Announcement email.

AGM Itself

Minimum attendance is 5 to count as quorum {clause 43}.

A director must be elected chair, and then the agenda is followed.

AGM Minutes

AGM Minutes must be circulated and gpg signed by the meeting chair <x> days after the meeting. Once completed, the minutes and related documentation are stored in
